New Educational Initiative to Preserve Moldova’s Historical and Cultural Heritage
The Honorary Consulate of the Republic of Moldova in Dnipro is pleased to announce the launch of a new educational program. This initiative is initiated by the Diaspora Relations Bureau. It offers online history lessons for children and youth of the Moldovan diaspora aged 10 years and older. This provides a unique opportunity to explore Moldova’s rich historical and cultural heritage.
The program is designed to deepen participants’ knowledge of Moldova’s history. It aims to strengthen national identity and foster a meaningful connection between the younger generation of the diaspora and their cultural roots.
Program Details and Schedule
The educational program will be conducted entirely online from November 2025 to January 2026.

Time: 17:00 (Moldovan time)
Format: Online interactive lessons
Participants will explore key historical events and discover landmark sites. They will learn about prominent figures who have shaped and continue to influence Moldova’s national identity and cultural legacy.
Lecturer and Educational Content
The lessons will be delivered by Dr. Sergiu Musteață, historian, Doctor of Historical Sciences, and Secretary-General of the National Commission of the Republic of Moldova for UNESCO. Dr. Musteață’s extensive expertise and engaging teaching style ensure that each session is both educational and inspiring. This transforms every lesson into an interactive journey through Moldova’s past.
