The Government of the Republic of Moldova has officially approved the regulation governing the operation of the «e-Admitere» online admission platform, introducing a unified, secure, and transparent process for university admissions across the country. This reform represents a significant milestone in Moldova’s digital transformation of higher education.
Unified University Admission Process
Through «e-Admitere», applicants can submit their documents online, create personal accounts, and manage their applications more efficiently. The system allows candidates to edit documents, save them as drafts, or withdraw applications throughout the admission campaign.

Secure Authentication with MPass
Access to the platform is provided through the state service MPass, ensuring a high level of digital security. Applicants will require an electronic or mobile signature, which can be obtained free of charge either during scheduled visits by mobile operators to schools or directly at the Public Services Agency.
Equal Opportunities for All Applicants
The Moldovan Government designed the system to ensure equal access to higher education. For applicants without internet access or an electronic signature, the assisted enrollment option allows document submission directly at universities with the support of authorized operators. This guarantees fairness and accessibility regardless of geographical location or technical resources.
Proven Results of «e-Admitere» Implementation
The eadmitere.gov.md platform, launched by the Ministry of Education and Research in 2024, has already demonstrated its effectiveness. During the 2025 admission campaign, the platform processed approximately 34,000 applications submitted by more than 26,000 candidates.
