The Government of the Republic of Moldova has identified the return of its citizens as a key public policy priority. In response, the Moldovan government, in partnership with international organizations, is strengthening efforts to establish effective mechanisms that support the return and reintegration of citizens from the diaspora.
Sustainable Reintegration Concept Presented
A major milestone in this process is the presentation of the Sustainable Reintegration Concept for Diaspora Citizens. The initiative was developed by the Bureau for Diaspora Reintegration in cooperation with UNDP Moldova.
The Concept outlines the creation of a comprehensive national reintegration system designed to provide a coordinated and inclusive approach to returning citizens and integrating them into Moldova’s economic and social life.
