Chișinău, July 2, 2025 – The Republic of Moldova continues to reinforce its strategic partnership with Ukraine through high-level dialogue. This dialogue focuses on justice reform and European integration. On this day, Moldova’s Minister of Justice, Veronica Mihailov-Moraru, held a productive working meeting with the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Ukraine to the Republic of Moldova, Paun Rohovei.
Moldova Reaffirms Support for Ukraine’s Sovereignty and Territorial Integrity
During the meeting, Ambassador Rohovei expressed sincere gratitude for Moldova’s unwavering support of Ukraine’s sovereignty and territorial integrity. He appreciated the ongoing humanitarian assistance provided to the Ukrainian people amid Russia’s full-scale military aggression.
Advancing Toward European Union Membership
The two officials emphasized the importance of Moldova – Ukraine cooperation on the shared path toward European Union accession.
